Only 30 minutes 3x per week. In and out the door!
- The 30 minute workout is the equivalent of doing a 90 minute work
out at a conventional gym!
- Combines (easy-to-do) strength training with aerobic exercise.
- You have a trainer in the middle at all times. No additional fees
for trainer!
- Equipment is very safe and low impact. Even if you're recovering
from an injury, these machines can assist you with your rehabilitation.
- The system is like musical chairs (changing from machine to recovery
pad) every 30 seconds. The stereo tells you when to change.
- Fun / Fast / Very effective.
- To join all you need to do is give us a call and we'll invite you
in for a FREE tour and consultation. Be sure to bring in your free
guest pass.
- Once you're a member, all you have to do is just come in on your
time, jump into the circle, and you'll be done in 30 minutes. The
circle is always moving so it's not like an aerobics class where you
have to book a particular time in order to make the class.
- Incorporating strength training with a 30 second break (only) is
the 'cutting edge or most effective' way of losing weight and peeling
off the inches.
- We weigh and measure once per month to give you positive feedback
on your progress!
- We have a very exciting chart on our walls showing the inches that
our individual members have lost. We put up a new star each month
for each member. On average our members are losing 3-8 inches per
month!
